I specialize in Neurodivergence including Autism, ADHD and PDA. As a Neurodivergent myself, I can help you discover how your brain works using neurodivergent-affirmative approaches. I also understand the subtle signs of masking and so I'm able to gently challenge you on a deeper level so you can start living life as yourself.

Whether you need help building social, emotional, executive function, or life skills, I've got you covered! Some people just need a little help finding what works for them. I'll work with you to tailor the plan that's right for you, so you can start to feel better NOW 

I work with both adult individuals and partners. Solo, paired, or more - I've got the skills to help you start living the life you want. Using a variety of evidence based modalities, I'm able to tailor my approach to fit your needs so you can reach your goals faster.  

Pathological Demand Avoidance  (PDA) awareness is growing, and with it the desire to work with an affirming person who understands the complexities of PDA. I understand that PDA is so much more than refusal and avoidance and I can help individuals and their families learn how to navigate and work with the challenges of PDA. 

Groups can be a great way to learn new skills and perspectives!

I offer virtual sessions so that I can provide services for more people. I'm currently serving adults in the state of Minnesota
